Check-in from 4:00 PM

If we are unable to be present at your arrival, a code for the front door will be sent one day before arrival to the phone number provided at the time of reservation. Confirmation of receipt is essential.

Arrival is possible from 4:00 PM.
The expected arrival time can be indicated during the reservation, for planning purposes of the cleaning schedule. In some cases, an earlier check-in may be possible.

If the house is ready earlier than 4:00 PM on the day of arrival, an SMS will be sent to your phone number.

Check-out no later than 10:00 AM
Important when checking out at 10:00 AM

  • Leave the keys on the table
  • Make sure all windows are closed and lights are switched off
  • Place all furniture back where you found it upon arrival
  • Remove the bed linen and place it, together with the towels, in the provided laundry nets
  • Kitchen: Pots and pans coming out of the dishwasher are not always clean; therefore, please wash them again by hand if necessary
  • Make sure the dishes are done
  • After using the oven: clean the oven
  • Dispose of glass, paper, plastic and kitchen waste in the designated containers in the storage room in the basement
  • Send a message to +32 495 25 75 24 once you have left the house

A garage for 1 car is available free of charge (upon request) at 150 meters from the property. Garage keys will be handed over at check-in.

Street parking is paid from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM, 7 days a week.

Rental price
This is confirmed after reservation. For reservations made via an OTA platform (Vrbo/Airbnb), the prices listed on those platforms apply.

Included in the rental price:

  • Rental of the property
  • Normal consumption of water, electricity and heating
  • Beds made up with down duvets
  • 1 set of towels per person:
  • 1 sauna towel
  • 1 bath towel
  • 1 hand towel
  • Kitchen towels
  • Small quantity of cleaning products, hand soap, dishwashing products, kitchen paper
  • Final cleaning
  • Garage (on request)
  • High chair, baby cot (on request)
  • 6% VAT
  • Tourist tax city of Bruges: €3.75 per person per night (18+)

Final cleaning included under the following conditions:

  • Dishes must be done before check-out; no dirty dishes left in the sink or dishwasher
  • Sorted waste must be placed in the storage room in the basement
  • Remove fitted sheet, duvet cover and pillowcases and place them in the provided laundry net
  • Used towels must be placed in the provided laundry net

A deposit of 50% of the rental price must be paid by credit card via STRIPE 60 days before arrival.
The remaining balance must be paid 14 days before arrival.

No security deposit is required.
However, the tenant and accompanying guests are liable for any damage or breakage caused during the stay.

Any damage noticed upon arrival must be reported immediately.

If damage is discovered after check-out during the cleaning inspection, we reserve the right to charge a reasonable compensation.
This also applies in cases of extreme negligence.
Additional cleaning hours will be charged at €45 per hour.

By making a reservation, the tenant agrees that outstanding amounts may be recovered via the credit card.

The following cancellation conditions apply:

  • More than 60 days before arrival: full refund without charges
  • Between 60 and 15 days before arrival: 50% of the total rental price will be charged
  • Between 30 and 15 days before arrival: 50% of the total rental price will be charged
  • 14 days or less before arrival: 100% of the rental price is due
  • In case of no-show or early departure, the full amount remains due

No refunds are offered due to weather conditions, force majeure, illness or personal circumstances.
The tenant is responsible for taking out cancellation insurance with a recognized insurer.

House rules

The tenant must inform all accompanying guests of the house rules.

  • The use of deep fryers or personal cooking appliances not provided in the kitchen is not allowed
  • Open fire or barbecues in the kitchen or on the terrace are prohibited
  • Any damage to kitchen appliances or inventory must be reported immediately
  • The kitchen must be used with care and left in the condition it was found
  • Dishes must be done before departure; no dirty dishes may be left
  • Pots and pans may require additional manual cleaning if needed
  • Use of appliances (oven, cooktop, coffee machine, dishwasher) is at your own risk; read instructions if unfamiliar
  • Waste must be sorted and disposed of in the appropriate containers:
  • Blue bag: PMD (plastic, metal)
  • Yellow bag: residual waste (black container)
  • Paper and glass: white container
  • The holiday home is located in a quiet residential area; please avoid noise between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM
  • Smoking is not allowed in the house
